1. Read and understand all track rules.

If any questions consult one of the Track Officials. All decisions by Track Officials are
final.

2.NO FIGHTING.

If physical contact is made -- first time-two weeks suspension, second time -- out for one
calender year.   For verbal abuse to any track personnel -- first time warning, second
time out for one calender year.

3. No alcohol beverages allowed.

4. Must be signed up and have entry fees paid before entering the track Absolutely -NO
EXCEPTIONS!!

5. Computer will determine first heat starting position. Second heat positions determined
by inverting order of first heat. Your finishing position for both heats, determines starting
position of feature. At least 3 karts to have a class. If more than 13 karts sign up per
class, additional heats will be ran. Maximum number of karts for feature are 20.

6. Must be signed up by the start of practice laps or you start on the back of both heat
races

7. All karts must exit track through scale area only.

8. All karts must enter through grid area only after released by track official at gate.

9. TOP 5 KARTS SCALE AFTER EACH HEAT RACE.

10. You can be light one time within 5 lbs. but  you must add weight by next race. If found
to be more than 5 lbs. light, you will be scored last in that race.

11. If your kart is found to be light in both heat races, you must weigh before the feature
and start on the back.

12. TOP 6 KARTS SCALE AFTER FEATURE RACE.

13. PROTEST PROCEDURES
Protest must be made within 5 minutes of exiting the track. Protest fees of $75.00 must
be paid to the scales person within that 5 minute time period. If protest occurs, motor
and kart will be returned to impound area and remain there.  

14. If you are teched and found illegal, you lose all points for that night and all points for
the next two events you compete in.

15. If you refuse tech--you lose all points for that night and all points for the next two
events you compete in.

16. If you refuse tech twice or found illegal twice or any combination of the two, you
will receive no points for that year.

17.  If your kart has been chosen for the track tech,  you will be told by the scales person
to put your kart in the impound area.  It will remain there until all races have been completed.
If you take it upon yourself to remove your kart from the impound area, rule #15 applies.

18. Track officials have the option to check any fuel or oil at anytime.

19. Track officials have the option to tag any motor at anytime to be teched at the end of
the features.

20. Equipment safety check will be determined by Track Safety Officials.
Each karter is responsible for the safe operating condition of their equipment.

21.  All weights must be painted white, or yellow.

22. There will be a fee of $25.00 for any fuel or oil found dumped on raceway premises.

23   There is a cone located on the front straight away for the start and restart of each race.
You cannot pass any kart before you pass the cone. If you jump the start and pass
another kart before passing the cone, we will throw a yellow flag and you will be given a
black flag for the first offence, on the second offense, you will be given another black flag,
and put on the back of the field.  On your third offense, you are out of that class for the rest
of the night.

24. There will be a drivers meeting preceding the practice session for each race day.
Someone from each entry must attend the meeting.

25. No advancing position in the run off area (flat part of the track)

26. If track officials determine that there has been a flagrant violation of the track rules,
that driver maybe black-flagged and will be out for the remainder of that event. Even
without any prior black flags.

27. After taking the checked flag, you must take an extra lap before exiting the track

28. If you are warned two times by a rolled black flag per class, in the same night, the
third time you will be given a full black flag and you will be out for the class for the
remainder of the event.

29. After 2 restarts because of a wreck, everyone will start single file according to his or
her drawing position. After 3 restarts, you will start single file from a dead stop.

30. If you spin someone and cause a yellow flag-both karts go to the back.

31. After the first lap has been raced, and you are the cause of a yellow or involved in a
wreck, on a restart, you go to the back of the field.

32. If you are involved in a wreck or the cause of a yellow flag during racing, you go to
the back of field and line up according to lap preceding yellow.
If you spin to miss a wreck and are not involved, track officials will determine your
restarting position.

33. If you are the cause of 2 yellow flags, because you spun out on your own, you must
exit the track and work on your kart setup-before your next race.

34. If there is a mass pile up and the scorers and track officials cannot determine who
was at fault or who was or wasn't involved, the karts will be realigned like they were
running the lap before the pile up.

35. The line up after a yellow flag reverts back to the last completed lap by the entire
field.

36. If a cone goes under your kart and causes a yellow flag, you get your place back.

37. The leader of a race slows down on a yellow flag to let the rest of the field group up
behind him or her

38. If the lead kart takes the white flag and there is a yellow flag before the entire field
takes the white flag, we go back to green, white, checker on restart.

39. If the entire field takes the white and there is an accident on the last lap, race will end
under yellow checker.

40.  You can change karts as long as you tell scorers that you are now in kart #--points
go to driver not kart #. Kart must meet your class requirement. If that kart is protested
and found illegal, the driver of the borrowed kart loses points for that night and the
owner of the kart loses all points for that night and next two events that they compete in.

NO changing of karts in the middle of a race.

41. No driving karts in the pit area. Push kart to line up area. Stop kart after
leaving scales and push to pit area.

42. NO ONE crosses the track while racing is in progress.

43. NO ONE in the infield except track personnel.

44. Only one parent or person, 21 years or older, per rookie driver allowed in the fenced in area when
the class is under green flag racing.  The only time they will be allowed out of fenced area is when
to help line up karts and start karts under yellow flag.

45. There will be no one watching racing from the scales area or the staging area. This
is an Insurance company requirement.

46. In the staging area, you are allowed the driver and one starter person per kart.

47. Helmets and neck braces must be worn at all times while riding the karts.

48. You must have a full face helmet, long sleeves, long pants, gloves, study shoes, and
socks-insurance company requirements.

49. Must have working brakes-- no brakes -- no race.

50. If brakes fail during a race you must leave the track and get them fixed before you
can race again.

51. RED FLAG: KILL ENGINE and stop right where you are and go to the bottom of the
track  in a safe manner.  EMS will not enter track until all karts are stopped.

2008  NUMBER RULE!    Numbers will be on sides, front and rear.  The side numbers can be
mounted any where on the side.  Front number will be mounted on the right side of nose only,
high enough not to get rubbed off.  Rear number will be mounted on a number plate black or
white only.  Front and side numbers, we must be able to read the numbers when the kart is on the track,
if we cannot read the number you will be ask to mount  vinyl stick on number plate, black,
white or yellow only.  Numbers must be 5 inches in size and of block style.  Black or white
numbers are the only colors that will be accepted.

53.  We will call each class two times and call each driver that does not show up for the class
two times.  Then we will start with out you.  

54.  Transponders.  It is your responsibility to get your transponder.  No transponder on score!!
If no transponder, you will be put on the back every time a yellow occurs.

55.  If your kart does not start on pit road or you are not in line, you have until the first
parade lap is completed at pit road to get your starting position. After the parade lap,
you start on the back of the field.

ADULTS have 1:30 minutes to get their karts started.
KIDS have 2:00 minutes to get their karts started.

56. All parents of children under the age of 19 must submit a copy of their birth
certificate for the track records.

57. You must compete in half of the point races in order to be eligible for a trophy.

58.  
The ten minute & fifteen minute rule.  Each class has ten minutes to complete each heat race and
fifteen minutes to complete each feature race.  If the field does not complete a single lap within ten and
fifteen minutes do to false starts or accidents, the race will be called and the finishing positions will be
based on the line up.  If the race is running green past the ten and fifteen  minute mark, it will run the
scheduled distance or to the first caution or red flag, which ever comes first.  The clock does not run under
red flag situations, but does run under yellows.

59.  If we have 129 or less entries, we will run two 10 lap heats and one 15 lap feature.  If we
have 130 or more entries, we will run one 12 lap heat and one 18 lap feature.

60.  If you want to move your child up to the next class, it will be the decision of the track officials
whether to allow that child to move up.

61.  Class size must  average 5 or more karts per point event to be eligible for trophy and Burris money.

62.  Four karts or less in a class, laps will be shorten in heats and feature.
